“I had a great experience at Storage Wizard in Lenoir City. We all know moving can be quite stressful and I significantly downsized. I looked at all storage facilities in LC, all the others are not climate controlled and not in an east access area. I bit the bullet and went with SW, it wasn’t cheap but seemed like the best option. Well I was not disappointed. The move in process was pretty easy & everything can be filled out on line, no need to sit in the office filling out paperwork. You do not need a lock, the units have built in locks that are controlled via Bluetooth on your phone. Be sure Bluetooth is on- while my BT was on, it was not toggled on for the Storage Smart Entry app. The doors to the building also open via this app. The building itself was immaculate, it is a new building but this place is also kept very clean. Carts to load and unload are easily located by the entry doors. Video cameras made me feel that my stuff was secure and also added a feeling of safety. Even the other customers there are nice. If I ever needed anything I just called the number in the app, again very convenient. Shane Rose was always very helpful and patient- I was a little stressed moving in because, well, moving. He made the whole experience even better, the cherry on top. I highly recommend using this facility if you need to stash some things away. It is well worth the money, safe and secure, clean, no bugs or pollen (my experience with the outdoor drive up type was filled with bugs and allergies from pollen). I’m grateful this place was available, great addition to LC!.”
